Original Artwork & Paper Prints
All sales of original artworks and prints on paper are final. Due to the unique nature of these items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Canvas & Other Printed Products
Canvas prints and other non-paper printed products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:
In their original condition
Unused and undamaged
Returned in their original packaging whenever possible
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Once your return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Art Commission Policy
Thank you for your interest in commissioning an original artwork. Each commission is a custom, one-of-a-kind piece created specifically for you. Please review the following policy before placing your order.
Quotes & Deposit
A written quote will be provided before work begins. To secure your commission and reserve your place in the schedule, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the quoted price is required.
No work will begin until the deposit has been received.
Payment
The remaining 70% balance is due upon completion of the artwork and prior to shipping or delivery.
Payments must be made in full before the artwork is released.
Revisions
The commission includes reasonable progress updates and minor revisions during the creation process. Requests for significant changes after approval of the concept or after work has progressed may result in additional charges.
Cancellations
If you cancel your commission after work has begun, the 30% deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the artist's time, planning, and materials.
If the artist is unable to complete the commission, any payments made beyond the completed portion of the work will be refunded.
Completion Time
Estimated completion times will be provided with your quote. While every effort will be made to meet the estimated timeline, completion dates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the complexity of the project or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping
Shipping costs, insurance, and any applicable taxes will be discussed and included in your final invoice unless otherwise stated.
Copyright & Usage
The artist retains the copyright to all commissioned artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing. The artist reserves the right to photograph and display completed commissions in portfolios, on social media, and on the website unless the client requests confidentiality in advance.
Acceptance of Terms
Payment of the 30% deposit constitutes acceptance of this Commission Policy and reserves your commission slot.

Copyright & Artwork Usage Policy
All artwork displayed on this website, including original paintings, illustrations, prints, digital images, and commissioned works, is the intellectual property of the artist and is protected by copyright law.
Permitted Use
The purchase of an original artwork or print grants ownership of the physical item only. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, no copyright or reproduction rights are transferred to the purchaser.
Prohibited Uses
Without the artist's prior written permission, you may not:
Reproduce, copy, scan, photograph, or digitally recreate the artwork for commercial purposes.
Sell, resell, manufacture, or distribute products featuring the artwork.
Use the artwork in advertising, branding, marketing, or promotional materials.
Create derivative works based on the artwork for resale or commercial use.
Mint or use the artwork as NFTs or for AI training, image generation, or other machine learning purposes.
Remove watermarks, signatures, or copyright notices.
Claim the artwork, or any portion of it, as your own creation or represent yourself as the artist.
Artist Credit
The artwork must not be presented, published, or displayed in a manner that credits anyone other than the original artist as its creator. False attribution, misrepresentation of authorship, or use of the artwork under another person's name is strictly prohibited.
Commercial Licensing
If you are interested in using artwork for commercial purposes, merchandise, publishing, or other licensed applications, please contact the artist to discuss licensing options. Commercial use is only permitted through a written licensing agreement.
Copyright Ownership
